Standout features
1. Massive build volume
The biggest selling point is the 800 × 800 × 1000 mm volume. You can print extremely large parts without splitting them into multiple pieces.
2. Four-zone heated bed
The bed is divided into four independently controlled 410 × 410 mm PEI sections. You can heat only the area needed for a smaller print, potentially reducing power consumption.
3. Up to four print heads
The OrangeStorm Giga can be expanded from one printhead to four printheads. With four heads, it can produce four copies of the same model simultaneously, including different colors.
4. 300°C hotend
The 300°C nozzle is designed for higher-temperature filament applications. It uses a dual-gear direct extruder, titanium heat break and 60W ceramic heater.
5. Automatic bed leveling
A high-precision non-contact sensor measures 100 points (10 × 10) across the platform for automatic leveling.
6. Klipper + high-speed motion system
It uses a 64-bit quad-core processor and Klipper-based system, with up to 5,000 mm/s² acceleration and 300 mm/s maximum tool-head speed.
7. Power-loss and filament recovery
The machine can detect filament problems and recover printing after interruptions such as power loss.
