  • Floating-screen auto-leveling: The screen can compensate for slight deviations automatically, reducing the need for manual leveling. HeyGears says it can compensate for gaps up to 240 μm. 
  • C5-grade Z-axis: Designed for extremely stable layer positioning; HeyGears claims positioning errors of no more than 2 μm under its test conditions. 
  • Full-field screen calibration: Helps maintain consistent exposure across the entire LCD, improving dimensional consistency and surface quality.
  • Adaptive Z-axis compensation: Automatically compensates for variations during printing.
  • Automatic resin refill: The system can replenish resin before and during a print.
  • Optional heated resin tank: The heated tank can bring resin from about 10°C to 22°C in 20 minutes and maintain the target temperature. This is an optional accessory, not standard on the base RS. 
  • Dynamic Motion Algorithm 3.0: HeyGears claims up to a 33% speed increase, depending on the model and resin. 
  • Open Material Mode: Experienced users can adjust print settings to use a broader range of resins instead of being restricted entirely to the HeyGears ecosystem.
  • Integrated print strategies: With supported HeyGears materials, the workflow is highly automated, reducing the amount of exposure/printing parameter tuning required.
