  • Marker-free scanning: Its optical tracker continuously tracks the scanner’s position and orientation, eliminating the need to stick tracking markers over the workpiece.
  • Small-to-large scanning: Designed for objects from about 10 mm up to 6 m, with the tracking base station repositionable around large workpieces.
  • High volumetric accuracy: Rated at 0.02 mm + 0.04 mm × L(m), with scanner accuracy up to 0.02 mm
  • 30 blue cross-line lasers: Provides rapid surface capture and is designed to handle dark, reflective and metallic surfaces without scanning spray in appropriate conditions.
  • Single-line laser mode: Helps capture difficult details such as deep holes, grooves, crevices and recessed features
  • Standalone handheld scanning: You can switch from optical-tracking mode to handheld scanning to reach areas hidden from the tracker.
  • Large tracking area: Up to 3260 × 2845 mm at 4 m, with a tracker working distance of approximately 1.5–4 m.
  • Base-station repositioning: For large objects, the tracker can be moved around the workpiece and the system uses anchor blocks to maintain accurate frame stitching.
Automated calibration: A dual-axis gimbal system automates calibration, reducing setup time and potential human error.
  • Carbon-fiber construction: Its one-piece carbon-fiber frame is designed to resist deformation and maintain consistent scanning accuracy.
  • Revo Track software: Provides scanning, editing, merging, calibration and export functions, with support for formats including PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF and FBX
  • Metrology/reverse-engineering applications:The system is positioned for dimensional inspection, quality control and scan-to-CAD/reverse-engineering workflows.

How the marker-free system works

Instead of relying on markers stuck to the object, the Tracker uses binocular optical tracking to determine the scanner's spatial position in real time. This lets Trackit maintain alignment while the scanner moves across the object's surface.
