- 5W UV laser: Uses a 355 ± 5 nm ultraviolet laser. UV energy is absorbed by a very wide range of materials, allowing relatively “cold” processing with less melting or burning.
- Very high speed: Up to 15,000 mm/s, making it suitable for commercial production.
- 200 × 200 mm surface engraving area:Suitable for plaques, panels, glassware, electronics, acrylic products and other small-to-medium workpieces.
- 3D inner engraving: Designed for engraving inside transparent materials such as glass and crystal, using a dedicated inner-engraving lens. The inner engraving area is 70 × 70 mm.
- Dual field lenses: Separate lenses are used for surface and inner engraving, allowing the machine to optimize each process.
- Dual 48 MP cameras: Provides automated positioning/autofocus and approximately 0.2 mm positioning accuracy, useful for repeatable production.
- Conveyor support: The conveyor enables batch processing of the same design and different designs, as well as processing larger/longer materials.
- Wide material compatibility: Suitable for glass, acrylic, plastics, wood, leather, metal, ceramics, stone, silicone and more. UV processing can reduce problems such as melted acrylic, yellowed wood and burnt leather edges.
- Cutting capability: The UV laser can cut various materials, but the conveyor itself is for engraving only and does not support cutting.
- Air cooling: The F2 Ultra UV uses an air-cooling system rather than water cooling.
- Maximum flat-object height: Up to 150 mm.
